Give the Players a Stage!
Next summer, we will tour Maryland and Virginia with a family friendly, 90 min adaptation of P.G. Wodehouse’s A Crime Wave at Blandings Castle: a comic drama featuring an air soft gun. This daring new adaptation blends Wes Anderson’s film style with contemporary theatre to serve Wodehouse’s signature comedy.
Book a night in July to give the players a stage this summer. On your night, the Crew will come at 5pm to set up our mobile stage and set. At 6:30, the actors will arrive (in costume) to prepare. The show will begin at 7:00pm and run for approximately one hour. Strike will follow immediately. By hosting, you agree to open your space to the Embers community as well as any friends, family, and neighbors you’d like to personally invite.
